Alright my first love was music. =) Bet you thought I was going to talk about a boy haha. Nope because that boy ended up being a complete ass so I dont waste my breathe or thoughts on him anymore. I could lie and say its Ted but that wouldnt be honest and whats the point in a blog that isnt honest? So music it is!
I remember the first two music videos I ever liked on MTV (how weird is that, is that a memory people have? Or is that just me?) Well they were Red Red Wine -UB40 I was at my grandpas house for dinner and we talked him into putting on MTV for us and this video came on and I was in love with the song. I still love it to this day I can listen to it all the time. (that might be while when Paloma posts stuff about it on fb it brings me back all the time). The other one is Breathe Again -Tony Braxton, I was getting ready for school and watching MTV of course and this video came on and I stopped everything I was doing and had to watch it. Im not sure why honestly I think it was just her voice that I fell in love with because the video isnt that great. But just like the other one I can listen to it all the time. Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember I love everything about it. Every kind of music there is Ill listen to it. I even posted a blog with some of the music videos that have meant something to me during my life. So thats my post on my first love. Its one of the only loves that have been true in my life since forever. =) So there it is. My first love is music.
I feel special cus' you mentioned me :) I love that song too!... the other one I honestly can't say I like because I can't think of which one it is. I'll have to look it up.
ReplyDeleteoh, and I happen to remember LimpBizkit's FAITH is one of the first videos I really liked on MTV but it was also around that time that i had barely even really started watching mtv....
Nice Im glad you liked that I mentioned you I had too you are the only other person I know that loves that song as much as I do.
ReplyDeleteIm also glad that Im not the only one that remembers videos lol. The other song Breathe Again is a love song its a pretty song.
I totally remember that video too not because I liked it I did like that they redid the song though because I like that song too. =)
